Boswell Yang vs Montrose Auriol

Boxing Daily Report from the Gbedema Promotions promoted show at Garoua Eboue, Garoua,  taking place on 21/05/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Boswell Yang (6(2) - 0) who hails from Garoua, Cameroon and Montrose Auriol(9 - 14 - 4) from Garoua, Cameroon.  Yang weighed in at 154 pounds, while Auriol weighed in at 154 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Olympe Butor, and the three ringside judges are Ferrand Baute, Raul Truffaut and Mardian Bekono.  

Round 1: 

Yang pivots to the side of his opponent.  Auriol throws a left hook, but Yang holds on to his opponent.  Yang pushes his forearm into Auriol's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Yang closes the distance.  Yang lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Yang holds on to his opponent.  Auriol uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Yang behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Yang pivots to the side of his opponent.  Yang lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.  Yang clinches his opponent.  Yang leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Yang closes the distance.  Yang sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Yang lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  It looks like Auriol has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Yang lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Yang walks Auriol into a neutral corner.  Yang is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Auriol throws a left hook, but Yang ties up his opponent.  Yang leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Yang's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Auriol switches the action to the outside.  Yang feints a left hook, and then lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Yang is looking to close the distance.  Yang pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Yang finds the target with a jab.  
Yang gets on the inside and is on target with a stinging left hook.  
Yang lands a hard jab.  
Yang steps inside.  Yang pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Yang connects with a stinging cross.  
Auriol manouvers Yang onto the ropes.  Yang lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Yang lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Yang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Yang digs in a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Yang advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Yang forces Auriol to back into a corner.  Auriol connects with a cross.  
Yang is looking to close the distance and lands a sharp left uppercut.  
Auriol quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Auriol tries to land a cross, but Yang slips the shot and counters with a solid left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Yang is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook.  
Yang is on target with a solid left hook.  
Yang manouvers Auriol onto the ropes.  Yang is on target with a stinging right hook to Auriol's body.

Auriol steps away from his opponent.  Yang feints a right, and then attempts to land a cross, but Auriol slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Yang is on target with a jab.  
Yang digs in a solid left hook to his opponents body.  
Yang gets on the inside.  Auriol tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Auriol is on target with a jab.  
Yang advances into close range.  Auriol throws a left hook, but Yang holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Yang pushes his forearm into Auriol's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Yang about fouling.  
Yang quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Yang steps back and leans on the ropes with his guard up.  Auriol is whaling away with hooks, but Yang keeps his defence tight.  
Yang attempts to land a right hook, but Auriol slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Yang lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Auriol's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Yang gets on the inside and connects with a right hook.  
Yang advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Auriol attempts to land a cross, but Yang dodges the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Yang gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Yang is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Yang is on target with a nasty cross.  AURIOL IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 6.  It looks like Auriol has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Yang is on target with a nasty right hook.  AURIOL HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Yang!
