Boxing Daily Report from the AI France-Lorraine promoted show at Metz Cevert, Metz,  taking place on 24/05/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the France-Lorraine Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Varden Cohen (9(7) - 3(3)) who hails from Nancy, France and Villiers Baxa(1 - 6) from Nancy, France.  Both Cohen and Baxa weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vail Jean-Baptiste, and the three ringside judges are Seymour de Rothschild, Sezni Benichou and Sergeant Brunet.  

Round 1:

Baxa advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Cohen holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Cohen pushes his forearm into Baxa's face.  The referee warns Cohen and breaks the clinch.  
Cohen is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.

Baxa forces Cohen to back into the ropes.  Cohen lands a firm left hook.

Baxa walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Cohen knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Cohen lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND BAXA IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  
Cohen lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND SENDS BAXA SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Cohen!
