Shinji Kawata vs Kyo Matsuyama

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at Kitakyushu Maita, Kitakyushu,  taking place on 28/05/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Fukuoka Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shinji Kawata (16 - 1) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Kyo Matsuyama(9 - 3) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Kawata weighed in at 228 pounds and 4 ounces, while Matsuyama weighed in at 248 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kazuki Shimoda, and the three ringside judges are Iwao Kusumoto, Kaede Aki and Daichi Okabe.
