Salvador Gumapas vs Paul Escalera

Boxing Daily Report from the Bonchaka Promotions promoted show at Lipa Lobo, Lipa,  taking place on 31/05/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Batangas Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Salvador Gumapas (15 - 15(1) - 9) who hails from Batangas City, Philippines and Paul Escalera(5 - 7 - 1) from Batangas City, Philippines.  Both Gumapas and Escalera weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Guillermo Langkin, and the three ringside judges are Manny Orayani, Edmundo Eusebio and Manny Orayani.  

Round 1: 

Gumapas steps inside and drives a right hook into Escalera's body.  
Escalera forces Gumapas to back into the blue corner.  Gumapas hits home with a right hook.
