Rashid Maroun vs Waqas Awan

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayeh Promotions promoted show at Kaduna Selim, Kaduna,  taking place on 01/06/2033:

Clearly Ayeh Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rashid Maroun (12 - 9 - 6) who hails from Zaria, Nigeria and Waqas Awan(2 - 19 - 3) from Kaduna, Nigeria.  Maroun weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Awan weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chigozie Olanare, and the three ringside judges are Saad Baksh, Irfan Abboud and James Ezenwaka.
