Rob Clark vs Arran Jones

Boxing Daily Report from the High Stake Promtions promoted show at Bing Crosby Hall, San Diego,  taking place on 13/07/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-California Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Clark (23(14) - 1(1)) who hails from Riverside, USA and Arran Jones(25 - 14(6) - 1) from Long Beach, USA.  Both Clark and Jones weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Khalid Shaikh, and the three ringside judges are Noah Denoon, Robert Christopher and Oliver Williston.  

Round 1: 

Clark steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Clark connects with a sharp right uppercut.  
Clark throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Clark clinches his opponent.  Clark throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Clark steps away from his opponent.  Clark quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a ramrod jab.  
Clark is on target with a left hook.  
Clark steps inside and lands a firm left uppercut.  Clark clinches his opponent.  Clark is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Clark lands a left hook, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Clark holds on to his opponent.  Clark is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Clark and breaks the clinch.  
Jones attempts to land a jab, but Clark sidesteps and counters with a firm left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Jones steps inside.  Clark connects with a solid left hook.  
Clark lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Clark steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to his opponents body.  Clark throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.  
Jones connects with a left hook.  
Clark tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Clark is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Clark lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Jones recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Clark is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Clark is on target with a firm cross.  
Jones is on target with a cross.  
Jones is looking to close the distance.  Clark drives a left hook into Jones's body.  
Jones closes the distance.  Clark lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Clark connects with a firm left hook.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Jones's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Jones's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Jones's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Round 2: 

Clark is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Jones closes the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Clark lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Clark holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Jones almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Jones throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Clark digs in a left hook to Jones's liver.  
Clark DETONATES a spiteful left uppercut on his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE JONES WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Clark senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Clark lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND JONES IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  Jones now seems to have got his legs back.  
Clark steps away from his opponent and lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Clark sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Clark digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  Clark clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Clark lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Jones quickly recovers. 
Clark forces Jones to back into the corner.  Clark lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Jones almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Clark drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Clark lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Clark tries to step out of his opponents range.  Clark is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Clark is on target with a FIERCE cross.  DOWN GOES JONES!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Clark closes the distance.  Clark is on target with a HUGE left uppercut.  JONES IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Clark!
