David Martie vs Aaron Morris

Boxing Daily Report from the No Limit promoted show at Sydney Byars, Sydney,  taking place on 18/06/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Martie (4(1) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Townsville, Australia and Aaron Morris(3 - 3 - 1) from Adelaide, Australia.  Martie weighed in at 147 pounds, while Morris weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jack Muffett, and the three ringside judges are Aaron Hepburn, John Kokes and Neil Malis.  

Round 1: 

Martie feints a right, and then digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Martie gets on the inside and lands a solid left hook.  
Morris connects with a right hook.  
Martie steps inside and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Martie forces Morris to back into the ropes.  Martie lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Martie lands a right hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body.  
Martie sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Martie advances into close range and digs in a left uppercut to Morris's ribs.  
Martie lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Martie manouvers his opponent into the corner.  Martie lands a left uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Martie lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  Martie ties up his opponent.  Martie is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Martie about fouling.  
Martie pivots to the side of his opponent.  Martie hits home with a solid right hook.  Martie holds on to his opponent.  Martie leans on his opponent using all his weight. Martie uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Morris behind the head. 
Martie lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Martie lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Martie dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Martie gets on the inside and drives a stinging left uppercut into Morris's body.  
Martie drives a right uppercut into his opponents body.  
Morris steps inside.  Martie lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Morris manouvers Martie into a neutral corner.  Morris is on target with a right hook to Martie's body.  
Martie is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Martie lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Martie lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Morris almost instantly recovers. 
Martie is on target with a stinging right hook to Morris's body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Morris's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Morris's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Martie is on target with a stinging right hook to Morris's ribcage.  
Morris throws a right hook, but Martie holds on to his opponent.  Martie leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Morris uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Martie behind the head. The ref breaks Martie's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Martie hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Martie is on target with a right hook to Morris's ribs.  
Martie lands a firm right hook.  
Martie steps inside and digs in a right hook to Morris's ribs.  
Martie is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Martie drives a stinging left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Martie lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Martie sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a sharp right uppercut.  
Martie is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents body.  
Morris gets on the inside.  Martie lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Martie lands a jab to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Martie lands a right hook.  
Martie is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Martie quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Martie thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Morris away.  Martie DETONATES a VICIOUS cross on his opponents face.  MORRIS IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 9.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Morris's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Martie is looking to close the distance.  Martie pivots to the right of his opponent.  Morris wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Martie has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Martie lands a left hook, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Martie finds the target with a jab.  
Martie lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Martie connects with a solid right hook.  
Martie pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a BRUTAL left hook.  MORRIS WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Morris quickly recovers. 
Martie steps inside and connects with a left hook.  
Martie throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Morris steps inside.  Martie whips in a big left hook to his opponents body.  MORRIS IS HURT!  
Martie stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Martie lands consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body, AND MORRIS IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Martie!
