Neil Skene vs Alejandro Huerta

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Stanford Stadium, San Francisco,  taking place on 03/08/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Neil Skene (15(8) - 1(1)) who hails from Boston, USA and Alejandro Huerta(17 - 12(9)) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Skene weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces, while Huerta weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Josh Butchart, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Kinnon, Noel Spencer and Shaun Kelsoe.  

Round 1: 

Huerta tries to step out of his opponents range.  Skene finds the target with a solid jab.

Skene is keeping his hands low...it looks like he wants his opponent to throw first.  Huerta attempts to land a jab, but Skene slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Skene pivots to the side of his opponent.  Skene tries to land a right uppercut, but Huerta sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Skene closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Skene sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Skene lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DROPS HUERTA TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  Huerta now seems to have his senses back.

Huerta connects with a left uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Skene.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Skene digs in a sharp left hook to Huerta's body.  Skene throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Huerta hits home with a right uppercut.  
Skene lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
The right shot from Skene could be enough to force the stoppage!  Skene lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HUERTA IS DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Skene!
