Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Percival Molson Memorial Stadium, Montreal,  taking place on 09/07/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leon Sayer (8(4) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Ethan Quill(11 - 15(2) - 1) from Saskatoon, Canada.  Both Sayer and Quill weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Popkin, and the three ringside judges are James Mabon, Briant Sarraute and Sinjon Bellanger.  

Round 1: 

Sayer lands a jab followed by  two overhand lefts to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Quill quickly recovers. 
Sayer lands a jab, overhand left and a jab to his opponents head.  
Sayer lands with a ramrod jab.  
Sayer is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Sayer sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a cross to the head, an overhand left to the head and a jab to the body.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Quill's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Quill's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Quill's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Sayer is looking to force the stoppage!  Sayer lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS QUILL TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 8.  
Sayer lands a cross followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND QUILL IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Sayer!
