Johnny Kereopa vs Hohepa Makiha

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Boxing Academy promoted show at Nicholas Baird Gym, North Shore,  taking place on 22/06/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Johnny Kereopa (7 - 11 - 1) who hails from North Shore, New Zealand and Hohepa Makiha(4 - 6 - 2) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Kereopa weighed in at 105 pounds, while Makiha weighed in at 104 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Smillie, and the three ringside judges are James Oakley, Kahorere Hakaipari and Alec Brisbane.  

Round 1: 

Kereopa pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a cross.
