Ashok Batta vs Abhay Gandhi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Karnataka promoted show at Arun Rajan Gym, Bangalore,  taking place on 24/06/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Karnataka Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ashok Batta (14 - 9 - 4) who hails from Bangalore, India and Abhay Gandhi(2 - 6 - 3) from Bangalore, India.  Batta weighed in at 118 pounds and 15 ounces, while Gandhi weighed in at 117 pounds and 7 ounces.    As Batta came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Hassan Sader, and the three ringside judges are Akhil Shastri, Pradeep Natt and Rahul Shetty.
