Mikio Sugai vs Hisao Shiro

Boxing Daily Report from the Muya Promotions promoted show at Ichikawa Matsunaga, Ichikawa,  taking place on 27/06/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikio Sugai (13 - 7 - 1) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Hisao Shiro(9 - 8 - 3) from Chiba, Japan.  Sugai weighed in at 139 pounds And 6 ounces, while Shiro weighed in at 139 pounds And 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Michi Sakamoto, and the three ringside judges are Hideki Yanagi, Jiro Tobe and Michi Sakaguchi.
