Hugh Salton vs Dai Pohopohe

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at Manukau Horn, Manukau,  taking place on 27/06/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Salton (9(1) - 1) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Dai Pohopohe(17 - 12(1) - 2) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Both Salton and Pohopohe weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Smillie, and the three ringside judges are Glynn Telford, Mark Vaux and Max Weatherspoon.  

Round 1: 

Salton lands a straight 1 - 2.
