Rehman Mahdi vs Zuffur Nawaz

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Amjad Haider Gym, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 21/06/2021:

Clearly AI Malaysia-Johor have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rehman Mahdi (8 - 0 - 1) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Zuffur Nawaz(8 - 0) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Both Mahdi and Nawaz weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Sabet, and the three ringside judges are Azam Hamdan, Obaid Diab and Gazi Shariff.
