Percival Perec vs Leggett Beal

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Capital Region promoted show at Bayard Nolle Gym, Schaerbeek,  taking place on 27/06/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Belgium-Capital Region Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Percival Perec (4 - 7(1) - 3) who hails from Anderlecht, Belgium and Leggett Beal(16 - 11 - 9) from Brussels, Belgium.  Both Perec and Beal weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Forrest Cioran, and the three ringside judges are Orane Boyer, Forrest Marques and Xebec Oyer.
