Aoi Soda vs Ichiro Hayashi

Boxing Daily Report from the JDHawks Gym promoted show at Ferdi Neita Sports Complex, Portmore,  taking place on 07/08/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aoi Soda (16(5) - 0) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Ichiro Hayashi(26 - 2 - 1) from Hamamatsu, Japan.  Both Soda and Hayashi weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Spencer Clanahan, and the three ringside judges are Johnny Weems, Ian Hemphill and Ellis Clelland.  

Round 1: 

Soda closes the distance.  Hayashi throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Soda is looking to close the distance.  Soda pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Soda lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Soda tries to land a right hook, but Hayashi parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Soda steps inside.  Soda pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Soda pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Soda lands a left hook.  
Soda gets on the inside.  Hayashi attempts to land a left hook, but Soda sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hayashi digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Soda steps inside.  Soda pivots to the side of his opponent.  Soda lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Soda throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.  
Soda closes the distance.  Soda pivots to the left of his opponent.  Hayashi digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Hayashi attempts to land a right hook, but Soda sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Hayashi's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Hayashi's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Hayashi's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Soda manouvers Hayashi into the corner.  Soda lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.

Hayashi is on target with a firm right hook to Soda's body.  
Soda hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Soda closes the distance.  Hayashi lands a left hook.

It looks like Hayashi has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Soda drives a left hook into Hayashi's body.  
Hayashi switches the action to the outside.  Soda lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Soda gets on the inside.  Hayashi sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Soda SLAMS a hurtful left hook into his opponents face.  HAYASHI IS HURT!  
Soda pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Hayashi switches the action to the outside.  Soda senses Hayashi is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Soda lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head, AND DROPS HAYASHI!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Soda advances into close range.  Soda EXPLODES a FIERCE left hook into his opponents face.  DOWN GOES HAYASHI!  He beats the count, getting up at 8.  Hayashi now seems to have his senses back.

Soda advances into close range.  Hayashi lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Soda lands with a spiteful jab.

Soda closes the distance.  Hayashi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Hayashi is on target with a left uppercut to Soda's ribs.  Hayashi tries to land a left uppercut, but Soda slips the shot and counters with a FIERCE left hook.  HAYASHI WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Soda closes the distance and drives a right hook into Hayashi's body.  
Hayashi now seems to have got his legs back.  
Soda closes the distance.  Hayashi lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Hayashi steps to the outside and connects with an overhand right.  
Hayashi digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Hayashi tries to step out of his opponents range.  Hayashi sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Hayashi tries to land a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Hayashi pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook.  
Hayashi attempts to land a right hook, but Soda slips the shot and counters with a MASSIVE right hook.  HAYASHI IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.
