Ovidio Montesano vs Gervasio Rendon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Nuevo Leon promoted show at Monterrey Guadalupe, Monterrey,  taking place on 05/07/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Nuevo Leon Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ovidio Montesano (9 - 8 - 7) who hails from Guadalupe, Mexico and Gervasio Rendon(9 - 13 - 5) from Monterrey, Mexico.  Montesano weighed in at 153 pounds and 11 ounces, while Rendon weighed in at 153 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Emilio Venegas, and the three ringside judges are Baltasar Salome, Francisco Armas and Joaquin Mosquera.
