Rob Navin vs Richie Strother

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Kinman, Christchurch,  taking place on 07/07/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Canterbury Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rob Navin (6 - 6 - 5) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Richie Strother(14 - 11(2) - 3) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Navin weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces, while Strother weighed in at 147 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Strother came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Dallis, and the three ringside judges are Robert Lawman, Kahorere Keno and Dave Pera.
