Vilayat Mamedaliyev vs Qulam Azad

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Ganja promoted show at Tariq Khawaja Gym, Shamkir,  taking place on 19/07/2021:

Clearly AI Azerbaijan-Ganja have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vilayat Mamedaliyev (4 - 0) who hails from Ganja, Azerbaijan and Qulam Azad(3 - 3 - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Mamedaliyev and Azad weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ramil Molla, and the three ringside judges are Seyfaddin Shihlinskii, Mumtaz Mammadguliyev and Akbar Abdoo.
