Chris Pryce vs Danny Briden

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Tennessee promoted show at Music City Boxing Gym, Nashville,  taking place on 07/07/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Tennessee Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Pryce (26(10) - 3) who hails from Memphis, USA and Danny Briden(11 - 9(3) - 7) from Nashville, USA.  Pryce weighed in at 168 pounds, while Briden weighed in at 167 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Davidson, and the three ringside judges are Dave Hresko, Kris Breck and John Cranston.  

Round 1: 

Pryce lands a jab, overhand right and a jab to his opponents head.  
Pryce lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Briden tries to step out of his opponents range.  Pryce feints a cross, tricking Briden into throwing a cross counter.  Pryce avoids the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Pryce finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Pryce feints a cross, and then lands a jab.  
Pryce gets on the inside and drives a solid right hook into his opponents body.  
Pryce tries to step out of his opponents range.  Briden tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Pryce voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Briden tries to tag Pryce on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Pryce closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Pryce gets on the inside.  Pryce lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Pryce.  That has caused a slight cut in the corner of the right eye.  .  
Pryce hits the target with a hard jab.  
Pryce hits home with a cross.  
Briden steps to the outside.  Pryce lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Pryce lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  
Briden is looking to keep his distance.  Pryce connects with a firm cross.  
Pryce lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Pryce tries to keep the action at long range and connects with a cross.  
Pryce lands with a stiff jab.  
Pryce advances into close range.  Briden sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Pryce lands a left hook.  
Briden pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pryce attempts to land a left hook, but Briden blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Briden lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Pryce lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Pryce gets on the inside.  Briden sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Pryce lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Briden's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  Briden's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Pryce lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Briden recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Pryce lands a right hook.  
Pryce lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Pryce is on target with a jab.  
Briden hits home with a cross.

Pryce gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Pryce lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Pryce lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Pryce gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Pryce steps inside.  Briden quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Pryce connects with a sharp left hook.  Pryce ties up his opponent.  Pryce leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Pryce is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Pryce's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Briden switches the action to the outside.  Pryce lands a straight 1 - 2, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Briden could be stopped here, if Pryce can find the right shot!  Pryce lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND SENDS BRIDEN TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  Briden now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Briden tries to keep the action at long range.  Pryce lands a jab.  
Pryce lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Pryce tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a sharp cross.

Pryce closes the distance and DETONATES a FIERCE left hook on his opponents face.  BRIDEN IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 9.  
Pryce lands a solid cross.  
Pryce gets on the inside and drives a sharp left hook into Briden's body.  Pryce tries to land a left hook, but Briden parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Pryce steps inside.  Briden sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Pryce lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Pryce lands a left hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  
Briden pivots to the right of his opponent.  Pryce lands a solid right hook.  
Briden is looking to keep his distance.  Pryce connects with a cross.  
Pryce drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Pryce advances into close range and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Pryce lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Briden steps to the outside.  Pryce lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head, AND DROPS BRIDEN TO THE CANVAS!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Briden cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Pryce!
