Leighton Spedden vs Richie Gietzen

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Mariucci Arena, Minneapolis,  taking place on 17/09/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Minnesota Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Spedden (22 - 0) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Richie Gietzen(31 - 4 - 2) from Minneapolis, USA.  Spedden weighed in at 240 pounds and 14 ounces, while Gietzen weighed in at 234 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alastair Cullen, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Mattus, Alastair Cullen and Sam Power.
