Ellis Meredith vs Rex Catherwood

Boxing Daily Report from the Bamford Promotions promoted show at Surrey Haraldson, Surrey,  taking place on 19/07/2033:

Clearly Bamford Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Meredith (3 - 5 - 5) who hails from Surrey, Canada and Rex Catherwood(17 - 18(2) - 2) from Richmond, Canada.  Meredith weighed in at 126 pounds, while Catherwood weighed in at 125 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Seth Kinnon, and the three ringside judges are Noah Tedford, Connor Blakely and Mike Messer.  

Round 1: 

Meredith closes the distance.  Catherwood hits home with a left hook.
