Waqar Qasim vs Irfan Halim

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbun Promotions promoted show at Shayan Saah Gym, Mashhad,  taking place on 25/07/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Qasim (16 - 21 - 4) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Irfan Halim(8 - 16 - 5) from Mashhad, Iran.  Qasim weighed in at 126 pounds, while Halim weighed in at 127 pounds.    As Halim came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Umair Shams, and the three ringside judges are Kashif Greiss, Kamran Sahli and Faisal Leghari.
