Giuseppe Ripa vs Adriano Balconi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Liguria promoted show at Genoa Menia, Genoa,  taking place on 28/07/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Liguria Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Giuseppe Ripa (13(5) - 0) who hails from Genoa, Italy and Adriano Balconi(20 - 10(4) - 2) from Genoa, Italy.  Ripa weighed in at 147 pounds, while Balconi weighed in at 147 pounds And 9 ounces.    As Balconi came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Giorgio Malgieri, and the three ringside judges are Alessandro Germontani, Fabiano Vendola and Pepe Cusano.

Ripa walks Balconi into the corner.  Ripa sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Balconi throws a left uppercut, but Ripa clinches his opponent.  Ripa leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Ripa's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Balconi steps to the outside and is on target with an overhand right.

Ripa manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Balconi throws a left hook, but Ripa clinches his opponent.  Ripa leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Ripa's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Balconi's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Balconi's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
