Duncan Fullerton vs Sid Davies

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at National Convention Centre, Canberra,  taking place on 03/09/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Australia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Doctor Duncan Fullerton (26(17) - 5 - 2) who hails from Sydney, Australia and Sid Davies(18(1) - 5(4)) from Perth, Australia.  Fullerton weighed in at 140 pounds, while Davies weighed in at 139 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Neil Cookston, and the three ringside judges are Bob Ivory, Sam Savage and Irfan Dallal.  

Round 1:

Davies leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Davies is on target with a right hook.  Fullerton holds on to his opponent.  Davies tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Fullerton's kidney. 
Fullerton lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Fullerton lands a stinging jab.  Fullerton attempts to land a cross, but Davies blocks the shot and counters with a left hook to Fullerton's body.  
Davies lands a cross.  
Fullerton hits home with a stinging cross.  
Fullerton steps to the outside and is on target with a solid overhand left.  
Fullerton snaps his opponents head back with a stiff jab.  
Davies tries to keep the action at long range.  Fullerton lands an overhand right, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.

Fullerton steps to the outside.  Fullerton stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Fullerton slams a mean right uppercut into Davies's body.  DOWN GOES DAVIES!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Davies now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Fullerton feints a cross, fooling Davies into throwing a right hook counter.  Fullerton springs the trap and counters with  a sharp cross.
