Ellis Halden vs Peter Weir

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Opryland Delta Ballroom, Nashville,  taking place on 27/08/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Deep South Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Halden (18 - 0) who hails from Nashville, USA and Peter Weir(23(1) - 12(7) - 1) from Hoover, USA.  Both Halden and Weir weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Billy Dey, and the three ringside judges are Billy Dey, Paul Cruikshank and Mark McAndrews.
