Xalvador Nieves vs Leighton Baria

Boxing Daily Report from the Fernando Hearn promoted show at Jack Bissett Gym, Miami,  taking place on 22/08/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Florida Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xalvador Nieves (15 - 9 - 3) who hails from Miami, USA and Leighton Baria(15 - 23(4) - 4) from Jacksonville, USA.  Both Nieves and Baria weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ora Danon, and the three ringside judges are Glynn Mescall, Xaverius Vea and Cody Bremner.  

Round 1: 

Nieves steps inside.  Baria tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Nieves gets on the inside.  Baria drives a right uppercut into Nieves's body.  Nieves clinches his opponent.  Baria tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Nieves behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Baria to stop fouling.
