Ian Guffy vs Justin Flanagon

Boxing Daily Report from the Australia Top Academy promoted show at Melbourne Rusco, Melbourne,  taking place on 18/08/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Guffy (13(9) - 2(1)) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Justin Flanagon(22 - 14(10)) from Melbourne, Australia.  Both Guffy and Flanagon weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jake Denniston, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Gebbie, Michael Ardis and Alec Saghatelian.  

Round 1: 

Guffy gets on the inside and drives a left hook into Flanagon's ribs.  Guffy clinches his opponent.  Guffy is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Guffy about fouling.  
Guffy steps inside and digs in a firm left hook to Flanagon's body.  
Guffy lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Guffy is on target with a stinging left hook to Flanagon's body.  
Guffy manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Guffy quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Flanagon throws a left uppercut, but Guffy ties up his opponent.  Guffy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Flanagon throws a left uppercut, but Guffy holds on to his opponent.  Guffy leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Guffy hits home with a stinging left uppercut.  
Guffy drives a left hook into Flanagon's body.  Guffy throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Guffy lands a stinging left uppercut.  
Guffy sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Guffy lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Guffy holds on to his opponent.  Guffy is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Guffy is on target with a right hook.  
Guffy lands a double right hook to his opponents head, DROPPING FLANAGON TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  Guffy clinches his opponent.  Guffy pushes his forearm into Flanagon's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Flanagon recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Guffy gets on the inside and lands a stinging left hook.  
Guffy pivots to the side of his opponent.  Flanagon attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Guffy time to recover.  
Guffy cuts off the ring, trapping Flanagon in a corner.  Flanagon throws a left hook, but Guffy ties up his opponent.  Guffy is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Guffy's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Guffy lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Guffy drives a firm cross into his opponents body.  Guffy throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Guffy is looking to close the distance.  Flanagon throws a right hook, but Guffy holds on to his opponent.  Guffy leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Guffy connects with a solid left uppercut.  
Flanagon lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Guffy lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head, AND FLANAGON IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Guffy sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Guffy lands a DESTRUCTIVE right hook.  FLANAGON IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE FLANAGON THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Guffy!
