Connor Gory vs Chris Lawson

Boxing Daily Report from the Skol Promotions promoted show at Auckland Raki, Auckland,  taking place on 30/08/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Connor Gory (19 - 9) who hails from Auckland, New Zealand and Chris Lawson(21(1) - 10(3) - 1) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Gory and Lawson weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dave Forbush, and the three ringside judges are Justin Kahukakanui, Blake Brown and George Brain.  

Round 1: 

Lawson closes the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
