Sergei Popoff vs Fedar Romanowski

Boxing Daily Report from the Lupyan Promotions promoted show at Rostov-on-Don Butko, Rostov-on-Don,  taking place on 28/08/2033:

Clearly Lupyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sergei Popoff (10 - 11(1) - 2) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Fedar Romanowski(9 - 22(1) - 5) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Popoff weighed in at 167 pounds And 15 ounces, while Romanowski weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dmitri Ivanov, and the three ringside judges are Fedya Torbinski, Yulian Isaev and Ioakim Zobnin.
