Nicandro Monico vs Rodrigo Cruce

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Pichincha promoted show at JW Marriott Hotel, Quito,  taking place on 05/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Nicandro Monico (18(17) - 1) who hails from Duran, Ecuador and Rodrigo Cruce(29(3) - 8(1)) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Monico and Cruce weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ora Urrea, and the three ringside judges are Cortez Laverde, Enzo Roque and Neper Cifuentes.
