Tariq Merzouki vs Waqas Tengour

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Annaba promoted show at Annaba Abdul, Annaba,  taking place on 18/09/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria-Annaba Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Tariq Merzouki (3 - 18 - 4) who hails from Annaba, Algeria and Waqas Tengour(2 - 3(1) - 2) from Annaba, Algeria.  Merzouki weighed in at 117 pounds And 4 ounces, while Tengour weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Hamdi, and the three ringside judges are Gazi Menouar, Amjad Abderrahmane and Waqar Mekkaoui.
