Wu-pen Pen vs Liang Jow

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hubei promoted show at Yu Tiu Gym, Xiangyang,  taking place on 19/09/2033:

Clearly AI China-Hubei have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Hubei Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wu-pen Pen (6 - 10(1)) who hails from Yichang, China and Liang Jow(7 - 6 - 2) from Wuhan, China.  Both Pen and Jow weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chen Kuk, and the three ringside judges are Liang Sung, Zhong Tin and Liko Chieu.
