Shankar Nayak vs Amer Faris

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Nagpur Allam, Nagpur,  taking place on 23/09/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Maharashtra Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shankar Nayak (7 - 8(2) - 2) who hails from Pune, India and Amer Faris(10 - 11(1) - 2) from Mumbai, India.  Nayak weighed in at 200 pounds, while Faris weighed in at 199 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jasvinder Ayali, and the three ringside judges are Kishore Dadwal, Kishore Subramaniam and Ananta Goswami.
