Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at KBS Hall, Kyoto,  taking place on 23/09/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Fumio Takahashi (28(16) - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Amagasaki, Japan and Ryo Eto(26 - 6(2) - 1(NC)) from Kyoto, Japan.  Both Takahashi and Eto weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Naoki Kawasaki, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Ida, Aki Masaki and Naoki Kawasaki.  

Round 1: 

Eto closes the distance and digs in a right hook to Takahashi's body.  
Takahashi switches the action to the outside.  Takahashi feints a right, and then lands a stinging jab.

Takahashi pivots to the left of his opponent.  Eto digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Eto walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Eto pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Takahashi is looking to keep his distance.  Eto throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a MASSIVE cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE ETO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Eto recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Takahashi feints a left hook, and then lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Takahashi throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Takahashi switches the action to the outside.  Takahashi stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Eto is on target with a sharp jab.

Takahashi thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Eto away.  Takahashi lands two left hooks followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS ETO!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  Eto now seems to have his senses back.

Eto advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Takahashi on the ropes.  Eto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Takahashi connects with a right hook.  
Takahashi lands a hard jab.  
Eto gets on the inside.  Takahashi connects with a FIERCE right hook.  ETO WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Eto forces Takahashi to back into the ropes.  The right shot from Takahashi could be enough to force the stoppage!  Takahashi lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head, KNOCKING ETO DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Takahashi!
