Cuba Ocana vs Cuba Valdovinos

Boxing Daily Report from the Anyidoho Promotions promoted show at Irapuato Guzman, Irapuato,  taking place on 01/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Guanajuato Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cuba Ocana (22 - 15(1) - 4) who hails from Leon, Mexico and Cuba Valdovinos(18(9) - 4(1)) from Leon, Mexico.  Both Ocana and Valdovinos weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Gusman, and the three ringside judges are Diego Nuncio, Diego Nuncio and Quico Brizuela.  

Round 1: 

Ocana switches the action to the outside.  Valdovinos tries to land a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Valdovinos advances into close range and is on target with a solid right hook to Ocana's body.  Valdovinos ties up his opponent.  Valdovinos pushes his forearm into Ocana's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Valdovinos walks Ocana onto the ropes.  Valdovinos lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Ocana recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Valdovinos pivots to the left of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to Ocana's ribs.  
Valdovinos closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Valdovinos digs in a sharp right hook to Ocana's body.  
Valdovinos sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Valdovinos is on target with a left uppercut to Ocana's body.  Valdovinos ties up his opponent.  Valdovinos uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ocana behind the head. 
Valdovinos whips in a mean left hook to Ocana's body.  OCANA IS HURT!  Ocana quickly recovers. 
Valdovinos forces Ocana to retreat into the corner.  Ocana tries to land a left hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Valdovinos digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  Valdovinos clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Valdovinos pushes his forearm into Ocana's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Valdovinos to stop fouling.  
Valdovinos is looking to close the distance and is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
Valdovinos lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Valdovinos drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Ocana tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Valdovinos lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Ocana pivots from in front of his opponent.  Valdovinos lands a right uppercut to the body, a left hook to the body and a cross to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Ocana recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Ocana tries to keep the action at long range.  Valdovinos is on target with a cross.  
Valdovinos steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  Valdovinos ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Ocana steps away from his opponent.  Valdovinos connects with a cross.  
Valdovinos closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  Valdovinos clinches his opponent.  Valdovinos throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Valdovinos.  
Valdovinos pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a solid left hook to Ocana's body.  OCANA IS HURT!  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ocana's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Ocana's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Valdovinos drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents body.  OCANA IS HURT!  Ocana almost instantly recovers. 
Valdovinos lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.

Valdovinos whips in a DEVASTATING left hook to his opponents liver.  OCANA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF DOES NOT GIVE OCANA THE CHANCE TO BEAT THE COUNT...HE'S STOPPING THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Valdovinos!
