Marcel Gillard vs Landry Thil

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Senegal-Dakar promoted show at Independence Hotel, Dakar,  taking place on 07/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Western African Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marcel Gillard (27(10) - 6(3)) who hails from Abidjan, Ivory Coast and Landry Thil(20(5) - 3(1)) from Dakar, Senegal.  Gillard weighed in at 175 pounds, while Thil weighed in at 174 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ranger Angrand, and the three ringside judges are Rance Artaud, Gaston Ndong and Landry de la Bretonne.
