Yulian Konchikov vs Fedya Konstantinov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Rostov Oblast promoted show at Rostov-on-Don Panin, Rostov-on-Don,  taking place on 09/10/2033:

Clearly AI Russia-Rostov Oblast have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Rostov Oblast Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yulian Konchikov (22 - 11 - 3) who hails from Rostov-on-Don, Russia and Fedya Konstantinov(14 - 7 - 2) from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.  Konchikov weighed in at 115 pounds, while Konstantinov weighed in at 114 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dmitriy Bolotin, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Lavrov, Timofei Slutsky and Dmitri Ivanov.
