Chainey Makoun vs Mortimer Blondel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Nord-Oueste promoted show at Hill Park Hotel, Bamenda,  taking place on 09/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cameroon-Nord-Oueste Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chainey Makoun (8 - 18(3) - 5) who hails from Bamenda, Cameroon and Mortimer Blondel(10 - 8(1) - 3) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Both Makoun and Blondel weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ross Madjo, and the three ringside judges are Alexandre Ekwe, Mallory Maupassant and Josce Kwekeu.  

Round 1: 

Blondel steps inside.  Makoun pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook.

As Makoun tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Blondel.  That has caused minor damage to the nose.
