Carlos Ventura vs Fidel Somera

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-San Pedro de Macoris promoted show at Manny Casares Gym, San Pedro de Macoris,  taking place on 21/10/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-San Pedro de Macoris Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Ventura (5 - 3(1) - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic and Fidel Somera(8 - 3(1)) from San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic.  Both Ventura and Somera weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Mijares, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Marinez, Sierra Galicia and Alejandro Crisostomo.
