Jamie Carlyle vs Mark Rocks

Boxing Daily Report from the Sugar Valley promotion promoted show at Legacy Arena, Birmingham,  taking place on 24/10/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jamie Carlyle (29(3) - 1 - 1) who hails from Little Rock, USA and Mark Rocks(36(16) - 11(8) - 2) from Birmingham, USA.  Both Carlyle and Rocks weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Younie, and the three ringside judges are Mark Hush, Kenzie Lovett and Louis Garrow.  

Round 1: 

Carlyle finds the target with a jab.

Rocks steps inside.  Rocks sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a stinging left hook.  
Rocks closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Carlyle lands a solid left hook.  
Rocks digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribs.  CARLYLE IS HURT!  
Rocks knows Carlyle is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Rocks lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a right hook to the head followed by two left uppercut's to the body, AND SENDS CARLYLE TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Rocks lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS CARLYLE TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  It looks like Carlyle has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
