Carlos Merin vs Ovidio Valle

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Bayamon promoted show at Ovidio Umanzor Gym, Bayamon,  taking place on 27/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Bayamon Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Merin (5 - 4 - 2) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Ovidio Valle(27(1) - 11(7)) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Both Merin and Valle weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Capo, and the three ringside judges are Cuba Lugar, Jair Sebastian and Guido Bonilla.
