Vicente Sanchez vs Neron Merida

Boxing Daily Report from the Bungu Promotions promoted show at Reynosa Tagle, Reynosa,  taking place on 30/10/2033:

Clearly Bungu Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Sanchez (8 - 14 - 9) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Neron Merida(6 - 22(1) - 4) from Matamoros, Mexico.  Both Sanchez and Merida weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Senor, and the three ringside judges are Juan Alvarez, Francisco Rigor and Selestino Berlanga.  

Round 1: 

Sanchez quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  Merida wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Sanchez dabs at his face checking for damage.
