Obaid Mir vs Theo Babalola

Boxing Daily Report from the Chirambo Promotions promoted show at Kano Miah, Kano,  taking place on 01/11/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kano State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obaid Mir (12 - 19(2) - 4) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Theo Babalola(14 - 5(1) - 1 - 1(NC)) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Mir and Babalola weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Adebola, and the three ringside judges are Chinedu Shekari, Ollie Mbachu and Nathaniel Abiola.  

Round 1: 

Babalola sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Mir advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  
Babalola throws a jab, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
