Wayne Thomas vs Peter Pherson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Wellington promoted show at Wellington Pentland, Wellington,  taking place on 30/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the New Zealand-Wellington Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wayne Thomas (7 - 6 - 1) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Peter Pherson(17(6) - 6(1)) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Thomas and Pherson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Murray, and the three ringside judges are Barry Christeson, Paul Redhead and Max Lewis.
