Ethan Bloyd vs Alen Markle

Boxing Daily Report from the Zekerton promoted show at Houston Tod, Houston,  taking place on 06/11/2033:

Clearly Zekerton have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Texas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ethan Bloyd (15 - 8(1)) who hails from Austin, USA and Alen Markle(10 - 18 - 3) from Austin, USA.  Bloyd weighed in at 134 pounds and 9 ounces, while Markle weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Corey Barnes, and the three ringside judges are James Kinman, Greg Speed and Geoff Dewey.  

Round 1: 

Bloyd connects with a cross.  
As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Markle dabs at his face checking for damage.  Markle has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Bloyd lands a left hook.  
Markle is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent into the red corner.  Markle connects with a right hook.
