Andy Dawood vs John Gitari

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Nyaga, Nairobi,  taking place on 12/11/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Andy Dawood (18 - 6(2)) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and John Gitari(15 - 19 - 3) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Dawood weighed in at 118 pounds and 9 ounces, while Gitari weighed in at 118 pounds.    As Dawood came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Paul Chelanga, and the three ringside judges are Rex Odhieng, Elliot Lumumba and Bob Mbiyu.
