Dylan Martie vs Mark Arthur

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at Nassau Stadium, Nassau,  taking place on 16/12/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dylan Martie (17(4) - 0 - 1) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Mark Arthur(21(1) - 9(6) - 1) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Both Martie and Arthur weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Sprout, and the three ringside judges are Alen Middlemas, Ian Crandall and John Chisholm.  

Round 1: 

Arthur finds the target with a jab.  
Arthur lands a double jab to his opponents head.  Arthur throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
Arthur steps away from his opponent and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Martie feints a cross, fooling Arthur into launching a right uppercut counter.  Martie springs the trap and counters with  a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Martie closes the distance and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Arthur tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Arthur steps to the outside and is on target with a cross.  
Martie gets on the inside.  Martie is on target with a left hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Martie dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Arthur steps to the outside.  Arthur sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Martie advances into close range.  Arthur is on target with a right hook.  
Arthur is looking to keep his distance.  Arthur waits at the mid-range with a lowered guard, waiting for his opponent to throw a punch.  Martie lands a cross.  
Martie steps inside.  Martie throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Arthur's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
