Phil Esau vs Tariq Siddiqi

Boxing Daily Report from the Prizefighter Promotions promoted show at Brighton and Hove Gubay, Brighton and Hove,  taking place on 18/11/2033:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Southern England Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Esau (7 - 8 - 2) who hails from Colchester, UK and Tariq Siddiqi(5 - 10 - 4) from London, UK.  Esau weighed in at 125 pounds And 13 ounces, while Siddiqi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Andrew McCargo, and the three ringside judges are Will Dunbar, Clinton Lawless and Ian Kitson.

Siddiqi closes the distance.  As Siddiqi tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Esau dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Esau.  That has caused swelling  around the left eye.  
Siddiqi hits home with a left hook.  
Siddiqi forces Esau to back into the corner.  Esau throws a left hook, but is unable to find the target.  Esau ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Siddiqi pushes his forearm into Esau's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
