Xiaoping Watt vs Jiang He

Boxing Daily Report from the MBO promoted show at Shanghai Teng, Shanghai,  taking place on 18/11/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Shanghai Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xiaoping Watt (16 - 10(1) - 3) who hails from Shanghai, China and Jiang He(6 - 5 - 1) from Shanghai, China.  Watt weighed in at 147 pounds and 11 ounces, while He weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Watt came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Genjo Miao, and the three ringside judges are Wang Bi, Lee Tie and An Sieh.
